Staff Accountant, International is a remote-friendly role based in the United States that supports global accounting operations for international entities. You will manage US GAAP reporting, month-end close, consolidations, intercompany transactions, and coordination with external auditors, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across finance, tax, FP&A, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely financial statements. Responsibilities include daily, weekly, and monthly US GAAP accounting activities, account reconciliations, journal entries, consolidation in ERP systems, and maintaining internal controls in line with SOX requirements. You will assist with statutory financial statements and due diligence for new market launches and international expansion, and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to increase accuracy and efficiency. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, 2+ years of accounting experience (Big 4 experience preferred), CPA track preferred, foundational US GAAP knowledge with IFRS exposure a plus, experience with month-end close and reconciliations, strong Excel skills, ERP experience (NetSuite a plus), and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
