Omni Family Health is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding coordination. The Recruiter serves as the liaison between the organization, health center sites, and candidates throughout the interview process, and educates candidates about OFH services, FQHCs, the mission and communities served. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, partnering with department heads to determine staffing needs and timelines, maintaining regular recruitment updates for hiring managers, and developing tools and documentation for interviews. The role also supports offer development and onboarding coordination with the Talent Acquisition & Guidance group, participates in job fairs, and ensures a smooth onboarding process. Additional duties include participating in credentialing/recruitment meetings, updating the team on recruitment activities, and understanding community needs to recruit appropriately. May require occasional evenings/weekends and travel to OFH locations across the continental United States. Qualifications include an associate degree (preferred) or high school diploma (required); four or more years in HR/marketing/communications with at least two years recruiting experience; knowledge of healthcare recruiting, strong communication and multitasking skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
