Part-time Community Manager required for Envolve Client Services Group to oversee an assigned apartment community in the southeastern United States. The Community Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the property, including managing on-site staff, leading leasing and marketing efforts, conducting market analysis, maintaining resident relations, and preparing and managing operating budgets. Qualifications include a minimum of three years’ Community Manager or Assistant Manager experience, strong financial management skills, budgeting and cost-control expertise, and the ability to lead a fast-paced team.
