PLA Supply Chain Services is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the 2nd shift to guide a team toward meeting production goals while enforcing safety and compliance. The Team Leader will work with facility management to ensure alignment with operating objectives.

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 4:00 pm to 4:30 am (Monday through Wednesday with rotating Thursdays).

What you’ll be doing: - Train personnel to meet production and safety standards. - Conduct inspections to ensure pallets meet customer specifications and maintain quality. - Enforce safety policies and procedures. - Help your team reach daily production goals by providing clear direction and setting priorities. - Prepare reports, correct discrepancies, and maintain pallet inventory. - Manage shift transitions and the setup of work areas. - Collaborate with site management to identify training needs and address operational or safety training. - Maintain clear communication with internal and external management teams. - Partner with on-site management to ensure timely completion of employment tasks including scheduling, timekeeping, performance reviews, corrective actions, status changes, separations, attendance, and payroll data submission. - Support recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of employees. - Work with on-site management on operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery. - Serve as an interface between operations, customers, administration, employees, and logistics. - Provide leadership to
