Canva is seeking a Sales Systems Business Analyst based in Austin, Texas with a hybrid work arrangement. You will focus on delivering features within the Lead to Opportunity pillar of the GTM Systems team to support seller productivity, working with cross-functional partners including Sales Ops, Customer Success, Partner Ops and Finance to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories. You will identify and reduce workflow friction, explore how AI can accelerate work and reduce manual steps, and partner with senior admins and developers to configure solutions for Accounts, Opportunities and related objects. You will build and maintain complex flows and automations, uphold data quality and governance, create test cases and support UAT, and act as a reliable Salesforce admin partner. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience and relevant certifications, familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado), and experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, Workato, and Clay, plus Agile experience and M&A data migration experience.
