You will be the go-to expert for auto maintenance and repair, driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include recommending products and services based on customer needs, driving sales through outreach, managing tickets accurately and efficiently, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean store appearance, and promoting teamwork while assisting in the shop as needed. Qualifications include retail sales or customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus), strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays, the ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs, and a valid driver’s license with authorization to work in the USA. Compensation: Pay ranges from $40,000 to $55,000 annually, with weekly pay and monthly bonuses (including store bonuses).
