Quality Engineer II responsible for quality compliance with RECARO, customer, and regulatory requirements in aerospace manufacturing. Leads audits, identifies process gaps, and drives corrective actions; develops training materials and coaches site and department quality personnel on standards and regulations. The role leads containment and resolution of nonconforming product and process issues, coordinates cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensures customer requirements are understood and flowed down across the program value stream. It supports APQP/launch activities, PPAP submissions, DFMEA/PFMEA alignment, MSA, and SPC; participates in warranty part reviews and problem solving at site and department levels. Serves as RECARO representative for industry steering meetings and drives continuous improvement. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering with 3–5 years of related experience; working knowledge of Quality Management System requirements; familiarity with FAA and aerospace OEM requirements; risk management tools; statistical process control; and manufacturing process knowledge. Preferred qualifications include automotive experience, MS Office, ERP tools (SAP preferred), and statistical analysis software (Minitab, SigmaXL). Certifications such as AS9100 Lead Auditor (RAB-QSA) or ASQ CQE are desirable; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP are desirable. This on-site position is located in Fort Worth, Texas, United States.
