Kelso Southwest (KSW), a subsidiary of Kelso Industries, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex mechanical construction projects in the mission-critical and data center sector from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. The successful candidate will manage projects to deliver safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals while cultivating strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and project partners. Responsibilities include leading preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement strategy, staffing, and execution; overseeing project financials, risk management, and change control; coordinating across estimating, BIM/VDC, procurement, field leadership, and commissioning teams; and mentoring junior staff. Data center and/or semiconductor or other critical environment experience is highly preferred. This on-site role is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and offers the opportunity to contribute to landmark mechanical construction projects within a growing organization.
