Speechify is seeking a Platform Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs, including the public TTS API and internal APIs for Payment, Subscription, Auth, and Consumption Tracking. You will oversee the full backend API landscape, improve performance and maintainability, and collaborate on B2B solutions to meet the needs of enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have - Proven backend development experience with TS/Node (required) - Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers - Efficiency in ideation and implementation, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact - Preferred: Experience with Docker and containerized deployments - Preferred: Proficiency in deploying high availability applications on Kubernetes
