MedMan (Medical Management, Inc.) is seeking a remote-only RCM Solutions Architect who combines deep revenue cycle knowledge with strategic and analytical horsepower to design better systems and ensure architectural alignment across client onboarding and ongoing optimization. This role focuses on onboarding new clients, addressing complex billing challenges, and driving cross-client process improvement. Responsibilities include leading the assessment and design of new client onboarding—evaluating EMR setups, billing workflows, payer contracts, and AR health—identifying gaps and risks, and building a rigorous remediation plan. You will own the transition from current practices to MedMan's standard operating model, including EMR cleanup, workflow architecture, and process alignment; serve as the primary client contact during onboarding and complex engagements. Additional duties include translating findings into scalable, well-documented process architecture, designing operational lanes rather than patches, and driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate communicates proactively with Champions and leadership, translates complex findings into actionable recommendations, and contributes to team discussions with insight and intellectual honesty. Eligibility: this is a remote position; candidates must reside in states where MedMan is currently registered (Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Missouri, Kansas, Michigan). Salary: $25 - $30 per hour, based on experience.
