We are seeking a Junior HR Analytics Manager – Equity Compensation to own and operate our Employee Share Programme end-to-end, including grants, vesting, settlements, and documentation. You will be the main point of contact for equity across stakeholders, including programme participants, senior management, and interfaces in P&O, Finance and Zalando. You will continuously optimize and standardize equity processes to ensure smooth collaboration across teams, and you will create, analyze, and present relevant HR metrics and reports for P&O, Finance and Zalando. You will drive key initiatives in P&O Analytics & Controlling beyond regular equity cycles and translate complex data into clear business insights. Qualifications include a degree in business administration, economics, human resources, finance, data analytics, or a related field; strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented work approach; excellent MS Excel or Google Sheets proficiency and a high affinity for data, systems, and digital tools; high accuracy, strong process understanding, and a responsible approach to confidential information; strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics to different stakeholders; very good English skills. Nice to have: first experience in equity compensation or employee share programmes; initial exposure to compensation & benefits or HR analytics.
