Meraki Group is seeking an experienced Façade Project Manager to lead façade projects from conception through completion. This on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and requires coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver innovative and high-quality façade solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Develop comprehensive project plans and conduct project meetings to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Lead the design development process in collaboration with architects and engineering teams to maintain design intent.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and address challenges proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies on site.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide direction to site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on façade projects.
Proven track record of managing large, complex façade projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of façade materials, design principles, and construction techniques.
Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software.
