Senior Product Manager

At WorkMotion, we’re building a remote-first, globally distributed team that helps companies hire, onboard, and manage talent internationally through smart, flexible workforce solutions. This is a senior product role where you’ll own the roadmap, define the vision, set priorities, and ship measurable outcomes for your product area. You’ll run discovery directly with customers and internal teams to validate real pain before committing engineering effort. You’ll use data to frame problems, size opportunities, and judge whether what you shipped had impact. You’ll partner with engineering and design from problem definition through launch and iteration, translating strategy into clear, sequenced delivery and keeping stakeholders aligned. You’ll balance speed and quality, privacy, and compliance across multiple countries.
