We are looking for a Project Manager (fit-out) to join the Define team—a multidisciplinary group of architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, installation designers, and other specialists—working on commercial interior fit-out projects. Your responsibilities include managing refurbishment and fit-out projects for commercial properties; coordinating subcontractors at the construction site and collaborating with suppliers; monitoring costs and changes; supervising and verifying the work carried out; participating in coordination with the investor and inspectors; coordinating the design process; monitoring invoicing and payments; organizing and maintaining electronic data; and coordinating the preparation of as-built documentation. Requirements: minimum 3 years of experience delivering fit-out or construction projects; proven ability to independently manage construction projects; a university degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or environmental engineering; excellent skills in MS Office and AutoCAD; good written and spoken English; willingness to work directly on-site at project locations; openness to participate in projects lasting 3–6 months away from home base about once per year; preferred: authorization to direct construction works.
