TOPdesk is an international software company specializing in service management with 800 employees in 8 countries and 5,000 customers worldwide. For our Kaiserslautern office, founded in 2004, we are looking for a UX Designer to join a multidisciplinary product development team and work on AI-powered features to advance our ITSM platform. You will report to a UX Manager and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers, with colleagues based in the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary.

You will report to a UX Manager and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers, with colleagues based in the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary.
Your responsibilities include rapid prototyping and refinement of AI-powered concepts, ownership of the entire design process from discovery to delivery, identifying research needs and translating insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences. You will create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using the most appropriate tools and methods, facilitate collaborative ideation with teammates and stakeholders, ensure consistency through the design system and propose improvements or new components when needed, validate designs through feedback, usability testing, and data analysis, and deliver clear communication and handover documentation for seamless developer implementation. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape user-centered solutions and drive product outcomes, contribute to raising UX maturity, and stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in UX.
5+ years of professional UX design experience; a bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a
