North American Stamping Group (NASG) is seeking an on-site HR Generalist to support HR operations at the Portland plant in the United States. The role covers benefits, compensation, recruitment, HRIS, payroll, staffing, training, and associate relations, with potential support for Environmental, Health, Safety and Security activities. Responsibilities include advising management on associate relations and performance management, investigating policy-related issues, ensuring consistent administration of HR policies, coordinating payroll and benefits inquiries, maintaining HRIS data, and preparing HR metrics. The position also supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and organizational development, as well as employee communications and recognition programs. Qualifications include 1–5 years of HR generalist experience (manufacturing experience preferred) or 8+ years of relevant HR experience, knowledge of federal and state employment laws, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
