Neighborhood Sales Manager
Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Neighborhood Sales Manager to design and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives and to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers. You will guide clients through the homebuying journey, collaborate with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience. Stay informed on market trends and competitors through regular market research, and keep precise records of all sales activities in the CRM. You will promote Stanley Martin Homes’ lender of choice and deliver an exceptional home-buying experience.

At least three years of proven experience in new home sales for a production builder; availability to work weekends; strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities; clear communication and relationship-building skills; active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others. This position pays $25,000 plus bonuses. Stanley Martin Homes has been building new homes since 1966 and operates in multiple states.
