We are seeking a motivated, HR-minded Dual Recruiter to join our Des Plaines, IL team and oversee our Miami recruiting efforts, including monthly travel to Miami. Responsibilities include managing a high-volume full-cycle recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles; sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing; forwarding qualified applicants to hiring managers; posting open requisitions internally and externally; supporting onboarding; building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline; partnering with schools, airport partners, and other external organizations; advising hiring managers on recruitment processes and interview best practices; participating in recruitment events; and administering pre-employment checks (references, background checks, drug testing, I-9 verification, and WOTC). You will also extend job offers and close requisitions in the ATS after final dispositions. Qualifications: 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality or manufacturing; experience in Culinary (Food & Beverage) recruitment is preferred; bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; high-volume recruiting experience; proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems (experience with Dayforce is a plus); ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diver
