About the role

OEConnection provides software solutions to professionals in the automotive parts and repair industry, enabling manufacturers, dealers, shops and service providers to buy and sell parts, conduct repair research and planning, optimize estimates, and improve the parts supply chain. The Strategic Account Manager for OEMs will develop alliances with executives at Original Equipment Manufacturers and related automotive markets, manage enterprise accounts, and identify opportunities to grow revenue from OEConnection’s products and services. This role serves as the primary interface between OEConnection and assigned accounts to drive strategic partnerships and sales.

About the role

The Strategic Account Manager for OEMs will develop alliances with executives at Original Equipment Manufacturers and related automotive markets, manage enterprise accounts, and identify opportunities to grow revenue from OEConnection’s products and services. This role serves as the primary interface between OEConnection and assigned accounts to drive strategic partnerships and sales.

Responsibilities

Develop, nurture and maintain deep relationships with assigned OEM accounts to deliver strong business results.
Support business development and sales goals through market research and intelligence to enable direct sales of OEConnection products and services.
Apply market knowledge for the assigned region to help drive product and service innovation.
Provide updates to key stakeholders for meetings, trade shows and contractual matters to keep priority accounts in good standing.
Support solution deployment and implementation for customers.
Provide regular forecasts by account and product/service and contribute to strategy and budgeting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality, satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Work with the Product group to define local and regional needs; translate requirements into tailored solutions.
