This hybrid role involves data collection and reporting for a portfolio of multi-family housing entities, assisting with annual budgeting, and completing other special projects as required by the management company and owners. The position offers an hourly pay range of $26.67 to $32.34, based on experience. This is a hybrid position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with in-office hours Monday–Thursday and the option to work remotely on Friday. Responsibilities include: assisting with financial and operational planning, budgeting, reforecasting, data management, analysis, and reporting; ensuring all internal and external financial reporting requirements and deadlines are met; monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger review, and rent roll management; reviewing, tracking, and supporting replacement reserve activity; identifying and improving the financial status of properties by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts under the direction of Financial Analyst II/Senior Financial Analyst; monitoring variances, identifying trends, communicating findings, and recommending actions to management; coordinating with various departments to ensure data integrity and quality reporting; providing support, analysis, and recommendations on key strategies and initiatives; identifying notable issues and orchestrating resolutions with team members; completing ad-hoc assignments as needed by the executiv
