Trustpair is seeking a HR Generalist Apprentice/Intern to join our People team in Paris. Reporting to the People Development & Operations Manager, this role offers a broad range of HR responsibilities and office-management duties at a fast-growing scale-up. The position is open as an internship or a 1-2 year apprenticeship and requires weekly presence in our Paris office. Compensation is up to €1,400 per month for an end-of-study internship, in alignment with contract type.

What you’ll do: - HR Admin & Payroll (Europe & US): prepare payroll processes (collect variable elements, onboarding for new joiners, and follow-up on departures); prepare HR administration documents (contracts, amendments, regulatory documentation); respond to ad-hoc employee requests. - Happiness Management: foster a sense of belonging through events and culture initiatives; organize internal events (monthly aperitifs, gatherings, seminars); plan team-building activities. - Office Management: maintain a high-quality, functional Paris office; supervise repairs, liaise with providers, troubleshoot daily problems; manage inventories and purchasing (office supplies, IT equipment, snacks and beverages); welcome external visitors. - You will bring positive energy and ideas to ensure the office remains a fun, productive place to work.
