Responsibilities - Evaluate internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement - Establish key performance indicators, assess the current state, and define future state goals and objectives - Oversee the implementation of process changes and monitor progress toward quality and efficiency goals - Complete all necessary documentation accurately - Adhere to 5S standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment - Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures - Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications - Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience; Lean, Six Sigma or related certification may be preferred - Ability to work with a high degree of latitude on complex issues - Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or mentoring abilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team, problem management, sound judgment, attention to detail, and project management capabilities
