Your Role: As a Survey Project Manager based in Dallas, Texas, you will oversee budgets and resource utilization for multiple land survey projects, serving as the primary point of contact between SAM and clients. You will supervise field and office staff, track deliverables, and contribute to proposals, business development, and staff development. Responsibilities include managing projects from start to finish to meet quality standards and client specifications, implementing procedures to maximize efficiency, developing budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts, signing and sealing plats and field notes as required, establishing staffing plans, pursuing business development opportunities, and maintaining client relationships.
