Zenith Services is seeking a Program Manager for the Day Program and Employment Supports in Hopkins, Minnesota. This on-site role oversees the Day Program, supervises Direct Support Professionals, and ensures the quality of services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Key duties include supervising DSPs, providing training, coordinating monthly staff meetings and evaluations, performing direct care as needed, leading meetings with parents/guardians, teachers, and case managers, and supporting the development and execution of person-centered plans and behavioral programming. The Program Manager is responsible for completing required documentation under 245D, and for connecting with community resources to promote successful community integration. Required qualifications: experience supervising staff in social services; degree in human services or related field; must be at least 21; valid vehicle and insurance; acceptable driving record; DHS background clearance; fluent English; experience with individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, and mental health diagnoses; ability to provide hands-on personal care, medical support, and lifts/transfers.
