We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to serve as a strategic people leader and trusted advisor to General Managers and Regional Operations leadership. This role translates business strategy into scalable workforce solutions across a multi-site environment, combining hands-on HR leadership with organizational development, workforce planning, change management, and operational partnership to drive performance, engagement, and labor stability.

Key responsibilities include: - Lead and develop a team of HR professionals; act as a player-coach handling complex HR matters while guiding execution and accountability. - Partner with Operations to deliver HR programs that improve productivity, engagement, retention, and labor cost efficiency; translate operational goals into scalable people strategies. - Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Resource Center, Talent Management) to ensure a consistent employee experience across the network. - Oversee employee relations matters including investigations, risk assessment, and escalation to Legal; coach leaders on performance management and disciplinary actions; ensure policy consistency and risk mitigation. - Drive HR processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, succession planning, talent reviews, onboarding for key roles including General Managers, and supporting organizational design and change management. - Lead engagemen
