Google is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure to join the Technical Infrastructure team. This on-site role is based in the United States with locations in Sunnyvale, California and Kirkland, Washington, and will help keep Google's data centers and platforms running at massive scale. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions across the infrastructure stack.

Responsibilities

Write and test product or system development code.
Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to choose among available technologies.
Review code written by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (style guidelines, version control, testability, and efficiency).
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and update it based on product/program changes and user feedback.
Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and their impact on hardware, networks, or service operations and quality.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years programming experience in C++, Java, Go, or Python.
3 years testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
3 years building large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks; experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Master's degree or PhD in computer science or related field.
5 years of experience with data structures and algorithm
