We are seeking motivated and reliable team players to join our Germany team. This position is for a Territory Sales Manager – Region East (Wastewater Technology / Pumps and Systems), based on-site in Langenhagen, Germany.

Responsibilities

Achieve growth targets and drive the regional sales strategy for the East region, with a focus on sustainable growth
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan
Analyze the market, participate in market-relevant conferences and events
Build, develop, and manage a high-performing partner network (e.g., equipment manufacturers, service and repair providers)
Serve and strategically develop key accounts (municipalities, operators, industrial customers)
Collaborate with engineering consultancies and engineers to position projects early
Identify and develop market potential and implement regional sales strategies
Provide technical consultation on our pump technology and wastewater applications
Utilize sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and maintain accurate CRM data for order intake and revenue forecasting
Track offers, negotiate contracts, and take responsibility for closin
