Monitor portfolio performance and KPIs; take actions to achieve goals and company OKRs.

Develop and execute growth plans that drive partner growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance (sales, average order value, conversion rate, cross-selling, and upselling).

Improve Glovo visibility through partner marketing kits and merchandising; negotiate commissions and other assets to increase revenue.

Identify churned or inactive partners and craft action plans.

Improve partners’ operational efficiency to ensure excellent service to customers.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, investment banking, top consulting, or tech companies).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations is a plus.
Proficiency with Google Docs, MS Office, and Excel.
Native Spanish and English skills.
Strong commercial sense and customer-obsessed mindset; persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management skills with the ability to solve complex, multidisciplinary challenges; data-driven decisio
