BEAT81 is a tech-enabled fitness company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our product engineering team in Berlin. You will own end-to-end solutions across the full stack—backend services, frontend interfaces, mobile experiences, database design, and operational tooling—often touching hardware. We work primarily with Elixir and LiveView for in-studio experiences, TypeScript for backend services, and React Native for mobile. As a senior engineer, you will take real technical responsibility for meaningful parts of the product, make architectural decisions, and ship features that members and coaches interact with every day. You will contribute across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and wherever else the work takes you, mentor teammates, and help evolve our engineering practices to improve speed and quality. Requirements include a strong generalist background across the full stack, comfort with ambiguity and data-driven decision-making, a product engineering mindset, and experience with complex, real-world systems where reliability matters.
