Senior Account Executive - Country Coordination is part of the Omnicom Agencies Group within the 14 Agency network, which handles global advertising for CUPRA and SEAT. The role is based in Barcelona, Spain, and is an on-site position. You will coordinate client campaigns and projects across markets, ensuring their correct implementation and effective communication of campaign requirements to the different departments involved. You will liaise daily with the Country Managers and the Head of Country Coordination to understand client and agency needs and objectives and to ensure alignment across markets. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to discuss project requirements, presenting and negotiating project plans (with specialized profiles if necessary), and ensuring campaigns are correctly adapted and implemented internationally. The Country Coordination team supervises 360 campaigns in 50 countries, with a specific focus on the EU5 and Australia. You will monitor progress, coordinate meetings, and present ideas with conviction. Qualifications: at least 4 years in an advertising agency; ability to create the right environment; proactive and able to work independently; travel flexibility; open-minded with a passion for other cultures; excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication; flawless English (C2); additional languages are a plus.
