AUTODOC is Europe’s leading online platform for the automotive aftermarket. Headquartered in Berlin with a growing international footprint, AUTODOC is building a tech-driven, cross-border finance function. We are seeking an Accountant for Purchase to Pay (P2P) to strengthen our Finance team in Odesa, Ukraine, on a hybrid basis.
In this role you will monitor, review and post incoming invoices and related accounting documents in SAP. You will perform monthly vendor account reconciliations, support the month-end closing activities, and assist with year-end audits. You will act as a key contact for suppliers and collaborate with internal departments such as Logistics, Procurement and IT. You will also participate in automation and AI projects aimed at optimizing P2P workflows.

Qualifications: - Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related vocational training. - 2+ years of experience in accounting or procurement; strong focus on Accounts Payable. - Practical experience with ERP systems, especially SAP (S/4HANA or VIM) is advantageous. - English fluency (minimum B2 level); German and/or Ukrainian/Russian are a plus.
