HR Business Partner – JYSK, Dublin, Ireland (On-site)
The HR Business Partner supports and challenges Retail Managers and District Managers to build strong teams and elevate performance through proactive hands-on collaboration in-store. The role ensures that JYSK remains the employees’ and customers’ first choice, guided by JYSK values and leadership principles.
Responsibilities

- Talent acquisition, training and development programs, performance management, HR tools, concepts and guidelines
- Participate in and secure quality in SM, DepSM, SMT and other talent recruitments
- Maintain a strong employer brand by acting as an ambassador
- Lead JYSK Academy programs (Talent program, SMT, DMT) and ensure trainer and mentor quality
- Drive HR-related KPIs through Retail
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding of store management roles and talents
- Implement HR concepts and policies; ensure that leadership tools are kept up-to-date and that safety and work environment concerns are addressed
- Collaborate with the Country HR Manager or Head of HR and relevant stakeholders
- Travel as required (full-time)
