You will be responsible for developing a high-performing QA team, ensuring milestone verification, maintaining visibility on gameplay quality, and continuously improving QA workflows, tools, reporting, and gameplay testing practices within your area of ownership. You will collaborate closely with Production, Development, Tech, Shared Development Services, QA Experts, other QA Managers, and cross-functional teams to support gameplay integrity, engine and tools quality, performance, stability, gameplay consistency, and pipeline reliability.
