As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships in the area of Customer Success and ensuring increased customer satisfaction through downstream service offerings. You will also drive the development and optimization of processes within Customer Success (Service). Your responsibilities include: - Selling service products to existing customers (Farming, not Hunting) - Expanding existing logistics concepts with additional components - Expanding the service product portfolio and developing service contracts (SLA) - Negotiating SLAs with customers for maintenance and after-sales services - Generating additional orders in the aftermarket for spare parts, component sales, and training packages

Your profile: - A degree in electrical engineering or automation/mechatronics/IT or logistics, or a technical qualification with relevant experience - Sales experience as a Key Account Manager in service - Experience in intralogistics, machinery or plant engineering; experience as a con
