Guinness Partnership is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead planned investment works within its Planned Investment Delivery programme. The role focuses on delivering projects such as windows, roofs and other building fabric improvements, working with external consultants and contractors under a Target Cost Model and an Open Book Planned Partnering Contract (PPC) to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Havant, England, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes on-site visits across Hampshire and West Sussex, office-based work, and some home working. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience delivering large-scale planned investment projects in housing or the public sector, strong commercial acumen, contract management skills, and excellent stakeholder and resident engagement. Qualifications include Level 5 (HND) or higher in Building, Construction, Surveying, or equivalent.
