The right candidate will manage the sales process, provide excellent customer service, source new customers, assist buyers in selecting and designing their home, and ensure a smooth sales process. Responsibilities include communicating D.R. Horton’s value proposition and capabilities to prospective buyers, uncovering customer goals and challenges, overcoming objections, closing sales, and maintaining accurate documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction. The role also involves sourcing new opportunities, developing a marketing plan to establish relationships, networking with realtors, meeting sales goals, maintaining a database of prospects, attending sales meetings, and building rapport with customers, realtors, and team members. Ensure compliance with quality standards. Qualifications: Associate degree or two years of related experience; active real estate license required; ability to use D.R.
