TeamWork is seeking a Trainee Customer Success & Delivery Manager to contribute to the development of Symmetry, an AI powered IT remediation SaaS, under an intrapreneurship program. Based in Saint-Priest, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, you will join the product team to help customers adopt the solution, ensure satisfaction, and participate in building an innovative product in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Key responsibilities: Lead the deployment of Symmetry at client sites: define onboarding milestones, train users, and monitor their adoption up to regular use of the tool. Manage daily customer relationships: regular touchpoints, understand needs, manage satisfaction and retention. Track and report service KPIs: remediation rate and MTTR, SLA adherence, adoption rate, CSAT / NPS, retention and renewal rates. Ensure service commitments are met and coordinate incident resolution with technical and product teams. Additional responsibilities: identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing base, support pre-sales (POC, value framing); relay structured field feedback to feed the product roadmap; contribute to continuous service improvement and transition toward self-remediation. Qualifications: Hard skills: comfortable with a technical product, interest in AI and IT remediation; KPI tracking and reporting (dashboards, PowerBI or similar); ability to present and persuade clients (demos, pre-sales); professional English.
