Customer Support Technician – Department: Claims Management. Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time. Location: Stoke, United Kingdom. Reports To: Stephanie Peel. Description: The Loss Adjuster Technician supports Adjusters in managing property claims over £25k, handling communication with clients, suppliers, and customers, and independently progressing claims within delegated authority. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and experience in property claims.
