Sonatus is transforming automotive software with AI-enabled, software-defined vehicles. We are expanding production deployments and seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of Edge AI for in-vehicle self-aware health monitoring and prediction. You will own the end-to-end ML pipeline from data ingestion and model training to deployment on resource-constrained edge devices and optimization. You will build and deploy AI models that analyze continuous in-vehicle data, including system logs, traces, and signals from Ethernet and CAN buses, to detect and predict health of subsystems and anticipate failures in real time. You will collaborate with other engineers who specialize in vehicle software and ML Ops, experiment with cutting-edge model architectures, and leverage modern tooling. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland, with three days per week in the office; remote work is possible for eligible geographies.
