You will work directly with the M&S marketing team to keep campaigns within budget and on schedule, ensuring accuracy and completeness of artwork through our Media Centre approval system. This role supports the Account Director across business units, focusing on verification, accuracy, and timely artwork. Key duties include receiving briefs from the Account Director or client, communicating timelines and costings, aligning briefs with M&S planning managers, and managing relationships between M&S Marketing and Planning teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and artwork is approved in good time. Lead pre-production meetings for your campaign per business unit, maintain relationships with the ITG Artwork Production Team (based in Birmingham) and flag urgent campaigns with realistic deadlines. Brief final artwork to the ITG Production team using pre-approved templates, planning ahead to avoid bottlenecks and collaborating with the wider team on expected artwork timelines.
