Key responsibilities: - Represent the client and interface with all project stakeholders to ensure fluid, clear, and cross‑functional communication. - Manage information flow between client and project team through rigorous governance, regular meetings, and structured written communications. - Ensure client satisfaction by meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Provide strategic advice and propose approaches to achieve client objectives and improve overall project performance. - Uphold exemplary project governance: apply procedures, monitor internal processes, and optimize the use of project management tools. - Optimize resource allocation by advising on choices and making relevant trade‑offs in collaboration with the client.
Qualifications: - 8–10 years’ experience delivering construction, fit‑out, or refurbishment projects, ideally in the office, commercial, or hospitality sectors. - Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management; proven experience in leading complex projects. - Flexible, autonomous, and pro
