Verve is seeking an Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute the company's employer branding strategy across digital and offline channels. You will manage and optimize Verve's employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms; collaborate with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders to create engaging employer branding content; plan internal initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and our company culture; support internal communications that reinforce the employee value proposition; plan and coordinate employer branding campaigns for recruitment events and talent communities; manage end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles and ensure an excellent candidate experience; partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and attract high-quality talent; track employer branding and recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
