Role overview: As a Junior Sales Manager, you will support the growth of our business in Switzerland and international markets, from managing key accounts to working with distributors. You will work closely with the management team and take on responsibilities from day one with a direct impact on revenue.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Co-support and progressively take independent responsibility for key accounts in the DACH retail sector
Build and maintain distribution and trade-partner networks in international markets
Prepare and follow up on listings and annual negotiations
Create sales materials, proposals, price lists, and presentations
Conduct market, channel, and competitive analyses to identify new revenue potential
Maintain the CRM and track sales KPIs (revenue, distribution, sell-out)
Attend trade shows and customer visits at home and abroad (regular travel)
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Management
Commercial or business administration training (apprenticeship, HF/FH, or degree)
First experience in sales or account management – ideally FMCG, beauty, or retail
Hands-on mentality: you take in
