Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Program Manager for Google's Data Centers and Technical Infrastructure assets. This role focuses on leading EHS programs, including the EHS management system, environmental compliance programs, safety compliance, health conformance, and regional/site oversight. The primary responsibility is to collaborate with cross-functional teams within Google Data Center operations and contractors to identify and address EHS concerns, manage risk, and implement new and critical EHS initiatives. Your efforts will contribute to continuous improvement of EHS programs, safeguarding the safety of the operations workforce and protecting the environment. This is a US-based, on-site position with compensation aligned to market levels.

Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), NEBOSH, or equivalent - Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, or equivalent practical experience - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects - Data Center or electrical safety experience - Ability to advise, coach, influence, and collaborate with employees to achieve positive EHS outcomes
