Social & Creative Strategy Team Lead
Are you ready to shape the creative performance strategy for leading retail brands? This leadership role combines the energy of a close-knit London team with the resources and client portfolio of a major European agency. As our Social & Creative Strategy Team Lead, you will lead the Social & Creative strategy, mentor a team of specialists, and deliver on the vision for some of the world’s most exciting brands, including Joe & The Juice, LEGO, Sephora, schuh, Hello Fresh, Wrangler, and New Era.
Social & Creative Strategy Team Lead
Are you ready to shape the creative performance strategy for leading retail brands? This leadership role combines the energy of a close-knit London team with the resources and client portfolio of a major European agency. As our Social & Creative Strategy Team Lead, you will lead the Social & Creative strategy, mentor a team of specialists, and deliver on the vision for some of the world’s most exciting brands, including Joe & The Juice, LEGO, Sephora, schuh, Hello Fresh, Wrangler, and New Era.
Responsibilities include driving the UK Paid Social & Creative service offering, working with your own team to execute this vision, and leading the Social & Creative strategy for complex brand programs. You will own team development, client partnerships, and agency frameworks. Your month will be structured around three pillars: Creative & Social Strategy; Team Leadership; and Client & Product Leadership.
Creative & Social Strategy: Lead the Creative & Social Performance strategy for 5-6 clients, ensuring work ties to broader commercial and brand goals. Develop robust creative roadmaps, identify opportunities and solutions, and collaborate with the Studio team to brief and test ideas.
Team Leadership: Directly manage a 4+ person specialist team, oversee recruitment, translate goals into a clear vision, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Client & Product Leadership: Build trusted client partnerships, navigate scope changes and repricing, and lead high-stakes pitches and strategy resets. Translate audits into a compelling commercial
