AerFin is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join its Technical team and play a key role in how reliability is assessed and asset-related decisions are made across the aircraft and engine portfolio. In this role you will review Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and OEM technical documentation to assess risk and support decisions relating to component inventory. You will evaluate the adoption of modifications, ADs and SBs within a commercial aviation aftermarket environment, provide technical support for components undergoing repair and overhaul at our vendors, and analyze reliability, removal rate and performance data to identify trends, investigate root causes and develop solutions that improve reliability and reduce repair costs. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, MRO and Technical teams to review modification standards and provide guidance on their impact to reliability, asset value and acquisition decisions. You will manage OEM technical subscriptions and company access to OEM information, and drive continuous improvement across asset onboarding, inventory management and technical processes. Requirements include a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent aerospace industry experience; experience in a technical aerospace environment with a strong understanding of engineering and reliability principles; knowledge of EASA, FAA and CAA regulations including Part M, Part 145 and airworthiness requirements; understanding of the aviation aftermarket and relationships between OEMs, airlines, MROs and component suppliers; strong analytical
