We are looking for a proactive HR Data Analyst to join our HR team and take ownership of the organisation's people data, HR systems and reporting. The role ensures data accuracy, governance and effective use of information to provide meaningful insights that support workforce decisions and contribute to the broader people strategy. Key responsibilities include owning HR data governance across HRIS, configuring and maintaining the HRIS (including employee/partner and manager self-service), and designing, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards that monitor workforce trends. You will integrate HRIS data with other systems (recruitment, finance and engagement platforms), deliver regular workforce reporting (headcount, attrition, diversity, absence) and ad hoc analyses, and partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver solutions. You will promote the use of dashboards, upskill HR colleagues, investigate and resolve data quality issues, and ensure GDPR compliance and appropriate access controls. Additional duties include identifying opportunities to automate reporting and data processes, and exploring AI and automation solutions to enhance HR operations.
