Neuberger's Business Technology team is seeking a hands-on Aladdin Product Manager to own the strategy, configuration, and continuous improvement of BlackRock's Aladdin platform across the investment and front-office ecosystem. This role serves as the primary product owner for Aladdin, defining and maintaining a prioritized roadmap aligned to front office and risk management priorities. You will collaborate with project teams and various business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges, engage directly with portfolio managers, traders, risk managers, and compliance officers to surface pain points, gather requirements, and validate solutions. You will act as the escalation point for Aladdin-related production issues, coordinating resolution across engineering, operations, and BlackRock support, and manage the day-to-day Neuberger client relationship, including service reviews, enhancement requests, licensing discussions, and SLA accountability. You will maintain a living Aladdin knowledge base covering configurations, integrations, known issues, and operational runbooks, and partner with the engineering team through the full DevOps/Agile delivery cycle — writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, participating in sprint reviews, and managing release deployments.
