HELPLINE is seeking a DevOps Engineer (H/F) for a permanent role to support the digital transformation of one of our major partners. This position is based on-site in Marcq-en-Barœul, Hauts-de-France, France and involves managing and evolving cloud infrastructures for four strategic digital products (E-commerce, Stores, Payments).
Key responsibilities: - Deployment via Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). - Foster a DevOps/Agile culture by leading rituals and sharing best practices with teams. - Security & FinOps: apply "Secured by Design" principles and optimize cloud costs. - Reliability (SRE): monitor SLOs and drive observability/alerting via Datadog. - Continuous Improvement: scripting (Python) and ongoing optimization of workflows.
Qualifications: - Degree (Bac+5) with 4–5 years of DevOps experience; ideally with knowledge of the retail sector. Proficiency in Python, GCP, SQL, and GitHub is preferred. - Soft skills: excellent verbal communication in an international context; proactive with the ability to diagnose complex incidents; collaborative team spirit. - Hard Skills: Cloud – strong experience with GCP (Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Run, IAM); Tools – Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, APIs; Security – DevSecOps mindset (Trivy, CodeQL); Language – fluent/bilingual English (required).
What we offer: - Salary: base indicative around €41,000; total package depends on profile (ranges approximately €38,500–€55,500 per year). - Benefits: group health insurance (50%), transportation vouchers (50%), meal vouchers (9.50€ with 60
