Eurofins is seeking a temporary on-site Automation Engineer to support the ramp-up of automated production and laboratory line modules at the Jena, Germany site. This short-term assignment focuses on hands-on commissioning, stabilizing operations, and troubleshooting automation-related issues in a practical and structured manner. You will test, adjust and optimize automated production and laboratory processes, and work closely with internal laboratory, production, engineering and maintenance teams while coordinating topics with external suppliers. The role requires a hands-on mindset, strong technical background in automation, mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering, and effective communication in English (German is a plus). The assignment is approximately six months with ASAP start.
